    Love this place. I drive past almost every day and it's hard for me not to go every time!
    When I do, I call up ahead of time to order and drive straight through five minutes later. My food is always ready and correct! They are friendly and this place looks immaculate.
    The bagels are the best around and fillings are so generous.
    At weekends I often send my husband out to pick up and bring home for us. Thank you Bagel Fresh for being so convenient and always serving me with a smile! 10000 times better than Dunkin Donuts.

    Ate here a few times in 2019.
    Each time, the items were hard and/or stale.
    Last straw for me was the "apple fritters." Tasted the way the Home Depot paint dept smells. Threw it away.
    Nope. Not gonna be back.
    2 stars b/c employees are very nice and they keep it clean.

    Absolutely love it here. I come at least once a week!
    The bagels are amazing: crunchy and crisp on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside, not to mention they're huge!

    The prices are incredible and definitely a bang for your buck. They also have day old bags of half dozen bagels for only a dollar or two, which I think is a great deal! Always make sure to grab a bag before I leave, because these bagels are still fresh the day after!

    The service is wonderful, they're very attentive and can remember even the longest of orders without having to ask twice (pretty cool!). They get your order out within a couple of minutes, regardless of the size of the order.

    I love this establishment, nothing but great experiences here. (AND THE BOSTON CREME DONUTS ARE TO DIE FOR)

    Customer service non existent, gave me wrong items, no apology, didn't care at all, waited for person to return w another bag and toss it at me and turn away

    Great menu and food, though the staff was very flustered by our simple orders...I got a salad and put some lox on it. It was pretty delicious. My coworkers got bagel sandwiches made to order- and I was pretty jealous! I would probably recommend the latter.
